Curse: The Curse of the Cockatrice Knight

The afflicted creature will likely have miffed a witch or scorned a lover. Each time the afflicted attempts to "get it on" with a partner, a knight fully clad in plate mail and wielding a mace will appear and charge the afflicted target. The knight wears a black tabard that bears the symbol of a rooster on it. His boxy helmet is crowned with a weather-vane-esque metal rooster that appears to silently scream. If the afflicted creature should manage to kill the knight, his body will disappear only to reappear immediately at full health to stop any funny business. 

Wounds dealt by the knight do not heal through rest or magical means unless the curse is removed or the original caster heals the wounds.
